The possibility of staging Yasmina Reza's comedy could be considered as a gift. This contemporary French play is nourished by the entire historical heritage of Francophone theatrical play, as it contains situations reminiscent of burlesque-like scenes, as well as dialogues expressing precise social criticism wrapped in delicately elegant humor.
To this extent, four Croatian actors undertake to interpret this contemporary play within the framework of a sitcom-like TV production. Their dedicated and concentrated work takes an unexpected direction thanks to a small interlude, but despite all circumstances, they want to stick
to the spirit of the work itself. Yasmina Reza's brilliant comedy and the determined, dedicated and talented work of the four actors, as well as the unexpected event that reinterprets the situation on the stage create a mixture in which humor is mixed with the possibility of interpretation offered in multiple points of view.
