Two boys arrive in a Voivodina town. They are in getaway, running throught fields and roads. Their life is hard, their feet are bloody, and there are terrible things hiding inside their hurting muscles.
On a playground there are three girls dancing. When boys meet girls, there is a misunderstending born. Then they are getting closer. Maybe even close to an attraction. But all of them are moved by inner monsters.
As we slowly recognize the past of these two boys, and as we’re getting know the world of the parents, we gain the knowledge what kind of invisibility is what these kids are fighting against.
Robert Lenard is born 9th of may 1983. In the high school he began to write theater texts and to direct with the local amateurs.
After two years of Faculty of Filosophy he began to study stage directing on the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, where he graduated in 2008. His diploma exam was the direction of Brad Fraser’s The True Nature of Love in the Theater Kosztolányi Dezső in Subotica. In the same theater he had his additional artistic experience as an assistent director for András Urbán, livera Đorđević, Borut Šeparović, László Keszég. Since 2013 he works in the Novi Sad Theater and since 2016 he is the Artistic Menager of the house.
Most important works as a director: Neusatzer Cabaret, Drunk process, A Story of the Byciclist (Novi Sad Theater), Impish Tales, Kasimir and Caroline (Rural Theater), Catcher in the Rye (Academy of Arts), The Room of Gergő (Children’s Theater).
He has a collection of plays published, by the name „Schysopolis”. Writes plays, radio plays and literal adaptations.
